We guarantee that all your products will be shipped 5 weeks upon receipt of full payment! If you have paid in full on the day you ordered, you are guaranteed this promise and are given top priority on our customer list. If we fail to deliver in 5 weeks, we will refund your 50%.

Large volume orders and other special arrangements are given at least 6 weeks, from order to shipment
GUARANTEE: ON PRODUCTS
PRINT & FABRIC BLEEDING
- Team Rebel Sports Direct will replace if more than 20% of the print peels off or fabric bleeding occurs. If it is less than 20% percent, the possible problems could be that the care instructions were not followed. You can still send us a picture of the damage product so that we (TRSD), can have a look at the damages. We will then decide if it will be replaced by TRSD.
UNIFORM TEARING & TWILL TEARING
- If more than 20% tears, Team Rebel Direct will replace the uniform, if it’s less than 20% it will be considered normal wear and tear of the uniforms. You can still send us pictures of the damaged product so that we (TRSD), can have a look at the damages. We will then decide if it will be replaced by TRSD
INCORRECT/MISSPELLED NAMES, NUMBERS, TEAM NAME
- Team Rebel Direct will replace incorrect/misspelled names, numbers, and team name that were misspelled by TRSD according to the job order submitted by the client. You will need to send us pictures so we can check it on the approved Job Orders. If we were incorrect, we will replace the incorrectly spelled jerseys. PAYMENTS
All final payments must be paid and posted in our account 3 days prior to the shipment date. If the payments are not received 3 days before shipment, the sipment date will be affected.
