Q: Can I make really large orders?
A: Definitely, our manufacturing capacity is very capable of delivering your requirements, often times we get around 5,000 to 10,000 sets in one order!
Q: Can I make really small orders?
A: A minimum of 12 (twelve) sets can be ordered.
Q: Can I make additional/follow up orders?
A: Yes, for a minimum of 12pcs.
· for 12 pieces or more it is still on regular price
· for less than 12 pieces additional fee is $10 per piece plus one time of $30 for freight
Q: What if there are delays in delivery? Do I get a rebate? A Discount of some sort?
A: If you pay 100% in advance, we will give you a huge 50% discount if we fail to deliver on time. But then again, we always ensure this does not happen, a happy and satisfied customer is what we always want you to be.
